<p>Everything ships tracked, and duties and import taxes are collected up front and included in your shipping, so there is nothing extra to settle when your parcel arrives and nothing held at customs waiting for a payment.</p><h3>Where we ship</h3><ul><li><strong>United Kingdom</strong> - Standard and Express.</li><li><strong>European Union</strong> - all 27 member states.</li><li><strong>Asia</strong> - Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Macau, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, India and Sri Lanka.</li><li><strong>North America</strong> - the United States and Canada.</li><li><strong>Australia</strong>.</li></ul><p>If your country is not on that list we cannot take your order yet. Your exact shipping cost is shown before payment at checkout.</p><h3>How long it takes</h3><p>Most orders arrive within about five working days of dispatch. Asia is usually three to five, the UK five to eight, and everywhere else five to eight. These are estimates from the day we hand the parcel over, not guarantees, and they can run longer over public holidays or if customs takes a closer look.</p><h3>Free shipping</h3><ul><li><strong>United Kingdom</strong> - free on orders over £150.</li><li><strong>Asia</strong> - free on orders over HK$1,500.</li></ul><h3>Tracking</h3><p>You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected, and you can follow it the whole way. If tracking stops updating for more than a few days, email us at lyuben@butterblok.co and we will chase the carrier for you.</p><h3>Returns</h3><p>Returns go to a United Kingdom address, which for British customers means an ordinary domestic parcel.
